Stargate SG-1 season 2 episode 9, Secrets, sends Patrice and Jeff on a cloak-and-dagger adventure with Jack and Sam while Teal’c and Daniel get their own B story on Abydos. Turns out Sam and Daniel both have family issues, but Patrice and Jeff are happy to see more character growth.
